My consultation was really informative and all the choices for braces were explained clearly and what would probably be the best type for me. Staff were very friendly.

When we see the orthodontist she is very good.however, we were asked to make 2appointments 6 -8 weeks apart, the booking system will not allow you to do that,not \'open\' that far forward. Also our son is lower sixth, so is constantly assessed or having mocks, thus slightly limiting his availability. We bot h work full time, so having time out if not at the beginning or end of the day difficult. The orthodontist only works 3short days a week, combined this m akes our situation almost impossible

Thanks for your feedback which we value and appreciate - we do understand that it is difficult for you to get appointments that fit around school and your work commitments but given that we have so many school age patients, it is a constant request from so many patients & parents that we try very hard to help with.
We do recommend you book 2 appointments in advance and our diaries are open for 14 weeks in advance to accommodate this.
We don't however open the diary much further in advance to avoid the need for holiday cancellations and re-arrangement of appointments.

Love the orthodontists

Love the orthodontists they are great. I saw a new one this time and she was lovely and explained everything to me really well. I had my braces fitted and was a bit scared but she was really great.
