Fantastic dental nurse

Kelly the dental nurse was fantastic with my daughter who has an issue with brushing properly, I wish we had encountered her a year ago, reception staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful a really welcoming practice a very different experience than we are used to. Thanks.

Very professional and friendly, it would be nice to have a little more honesty as to when treatment might end (I appreciate you can't make promises as ev erything can change). I've been told that "we're nearly there" for coming up to a year now

We appreciate that most patients would like a definitive end date for their orthodontic treatment however it is important to understand that treatment duration is entirely dependant on individual circumstances and the complexity of what we are trying to achieve. Regular attendance at appointments and compliance with dietary and care routines can also make a difference too.

They cannot do enough for you

They cannot do enough for you. The receptionists are very polite and Mark Tobin has informed of every process. When I had a problem today, he sorted immediately.
