The staff at both Newport and Oldbrook were lovely, there were a couple uninterested receptionists in both practices but the orthodontists had your best interest in mind. However despite a years elongated treatment the reason I was given braces in the first place, did not get fixed. The decision to give u p on fixing my side bite was made without my consent. No problem

I am sorry to hear that you found some of our team uninterested and that you feel your orthodontic problem has not been resolved.
