It was a waste of time. The original appointment was used to measure the teeth but then we were sent for mould to be taken etc only to be remeasured and told the treatment wasn\'t available on the nhs. They could have just measures again.

I never feel rushed
Whenever I visit the clinic, the staff make me feel very relaxed and I also find that when I am in the treatment room that my orthodontist is happy to spend as much time as necessary, I never feel rushed. As I walk out, I always feel positive about any further treatment required because of the reassurance the staff.

An absolute pleasure
Absolutely all the staff, from receptionists, nurses and specialists have been an absolute pleasure. They all have been very kind, polite and informative leaving almost no room for questions. Punctuality at 100 percent! Fantastic dental surgery!

Always reassuring and encouraging
As always I was welcomed by friendly helpful staff at the reception desk and as I accidentally arrived 2 hours early the team found a cancellation and slotted me in! Very much appreciated! We all had a laugh! Mark Tobbin always has a clear plan about my treatment - he is always reassuring and encouraging when answering my questions and concerns as are all the dental nurses that I have seen throughout my treatment.

Child friendly
The Orthodontist she has seen was really kind and friendly and has explained everything that needs to be done to her teeth. The clinic was clean and child friendly. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful.
