My experience wasn't the best as they didn't agree to do my braces straight away until my mum had a go at them which caused her to become even more ill than she already was.

Cannot believe transformation

Dr Tobin is amazing my daughters smile is perfect - the surgery waiting area is clean and pleasant - you need to book appointment in advance as due to sucess very busy.

The treatment was spot on and effective I cannot believe the transformation I am so glad I found teeth in line and got Dr Tobin

All staff fantastic and professional, from the reception staff to the clinical staff. I have a son who has completed treatment, one undergoing treatment, and one on the waiting list.

I have only two criticisms. The first is the long waiting list time - my son is ready for treatment and is being teased at school because of his teeth, yet faces another 18 months wait.

The other criticism is concerning the difficulty of booking follow up appointments because Teeth in Line are so busy.

Quite often the orthodontist will recommend a 4-6 week follow up, but can't get an appointment for 10 weeks. This lengthens treatment time which then has a knock on effect on waiting list time for future clients. If these issues could be resolved it would be a perfect service.

First Class service

First Class service from start to finish. All the people at Teeth in Line were really friendly and helpful and above all Mark has improved my teeth beyond what I hoped for.

They are fantastic

They are fantastic, my son is quite nervous and they are brilliant with him I can not ask for better. They are all very polite and friendly the ladies on reception are also brilliant.
