Love the results

'S' has loved her braces, and loves the results, she has really had a great relationship with Abby she is just so quick at what she's does, friendly and made her feel at ease every visit. We visited Oldbrook for her debond and again the service was lovely, and everyone was so helpful and kind. We have recommended all her friends to yourselves which is probably why you have a long waiting time. Thank you to you all, my daughters smile is gorgeous and she is so HAPPY.

Staff are always friendly and take their time. I am very happy with quality of treatment and the results. It justifies the cost.

Patient is 12 and parent wasn't asked to join appointment which was unnerving for patient. Patients and their guardians should be given a choice not just ushered into the clinic without being asked how they feel and what they would prefer.

Thank you for your feedback which we value and appreciate.
We are concerned to hear that you felt that you were not given a choice about sitting in for the appointment with your child.
Our normal protocol would be for parent to join their child as this enable us to gain consent or to communicate treatment plans and progress.
However there are some appointments where we may ask would you like to remain in the waiting room, ie. putting braces on or taking them off. This is because they are longer appointments and enable the clinician to fully concentrate on the treatment without the distraction of other communication taking place. I would stress that we should always ask you and not take it for granted that you won't want to sit in.
We are really sorry you felt discluded and would reassure you that we will remind the team of the impact this has had so we can ensure it doesn't happen again.

The practice is excellent

Personally for us it was a long way to travel for the orthodontist as it was time off school each time but nevertheless the practice is excellent.
