Nothing wrong with the dentist side of the practise. But the orthodontics side are ridiculous in terms of appointment times for brace adjustments. Someone needs to change it!

Thanks so much for your feedback. We plan our diaries to ensure we do brace removal for first thing so we can get the patient back for retainer fitting in the afternoon. We also plan our longer appointments like brace fitting around lunch times and after school as these do take longer. We are a very busy practice and we see so many patients every day for adjust appointments that it is impossible to meet everyone's needs, particularly in relation to after school appointments. However we will always do our best and if we have availability, we will offer it but I am sure you can appreciate, the after school appointments are in huge demand and do go very quickly.

They have done a fantastic job

The staff are always friendly and have fit me in when I have had problems with my braces. They have done a fantastic job of my brothers' teeth. They are always encouraging and do what they say they will.

Found the staff rude and the female orthodontist had a complete lack of understanding to my case. I found her so cold and direct that I had my braces removed before I should have done.
The waiting lists are so long for treatment that you have to wait about 2 years before you are seen.
It's a horrible unfriendly place

Our practice policy and ethos is to be honest and open in our communications with patients - we feel it is important that our clinicians explain things fully and ensure they set realistic expectations for your treatment and the length of time it will take. Unfortunately our orthodontic specialist felt that your expectations were unrealistic and when this was conveyed to you, this led to your decision to have your braces removed early. We are sorry you felt that we were cold and lacked understanding, obviously this is not how we want to be perceived in any circumstances. :(
