They are kind to the children

All the staff are extremely helpful but more importantly they are kind to the children. They explain all the steps of the treatment with clarity.

Registered for years

We have been registered at Teeth in Line for years- Mr Tobin was amazing got Sydney to stop sucking her thumb after we had tried everything.
HOWEVER- over the past year the staff at the Newport pagnell surgery are rude, think they are an elitist perhaps??
Mr Tobin knew we were an Army family whilst living locally and said he could recommend other orthodontists when the time came to move- my eldest son who was receiving treatment there Struggled with them and all we got was bad attitude in the end we ended treatment early to OUR detriment and possibly future costs- as the Newport pagnell team WOULDNT refer us to another surgery nearby, because THEY would lose money- how greedy! So to that end I would not bring my daughter to teeth in line - any previous positive comments about the surgery I fully revoke.

Thanks for your feedback. Whilst we are delighted you found Dr Tobin very good, we are genuinely sorry to hear you found our staff rude and unhelpful.
We do constantly monitor and train our staff in relation to customer service and communication skills. We even have a mystery shopper make random calls to check how we are doing so its disappointing to hear this. We take on board what you have said and will discuss your feedback with the team.
However it is important to understand that a patient has to clinically qualify for NHS funded treatment and NHS England will only fund one course of treatment. Hence once a patient starts their treatment it is very difficult for patients to transfer locally. However we would do all we can to help in this situation and I'm sorry we were unable to help in this instance.

Intellectual 2 way conversation, whilst providing realistic, honest results and timelines. Pleasant experience so far.
