Hard to get an appointment that is convenient to fit around school day, as schools are nit happy for pupils to be late or taken out early for appointments they say you have 12 weeks off go in the holiday time.

I think it's very bad the the appointment times are all during school hours which has a negative effect on their attendance

Thanks for your feedback. We are a very popular practice and see lots of school-aged children which makes it impossible to meets everyone's requests for preferred after-school appointments. We do try our best to meet individual needs where possible however after school appointments are in huge demand so do go quickly. Sorry!

They were very good, I missed my appointment which I never do and they tried exceptionally hard to fit us in and I can't fault their work or professional touch.

Cancelled on morning of appointment twice and still hasn't happened. First procedure like this for my son and quite distressing for him and we still have it to actually come. Wouldn't use again!
