Teeth in Line - Newport Pagnell

Too many different dentists seeing my child so no decision was made to have teeth out till 18 months later. Promised to now make my child a priority but impossible to make convenient appointments that fit round my sons work (he travels all over the country, different places week to week) he can't book whole days off just for a 10 minute appointment. Especially as he has now has had his brace nearly 4 years (we were told his treatment would be finished within 18 months!) some receptionists are helpful some just rude and often contradict themselves. Worried about the treatment my next child will receive as she is now on a waiting list

Kind staff

Teeth in Line is about as professional as you get. I'm happy to travel in order to get here. Kind staff who are great with the kids. Super clean premises, good magazines and waiting area.

Really impressed

Really impressed such good service right through the treatment, consistently professional yet a lovely friendly atmosphere whenever you go for your appointment . My daughter was a very nervous patient, but now looks forward to her visits, her teeth look amazing! Thank you to the team.

I can smile with confidence

I am very happy how everything has progressed with my teeth, I feel more confident in myself and I feel I can smile now with out covering my mouth I still have work to be done but I am happy how it is all looking and I am glad I can smile with confidence now.

Waiting far to long - I can find no other practice in the area that has a list longer than 15 weeks. I felt the dentist did not listen to what we wanted. I have taken my business elsewhere and have suggested that my dentist no longer refer to you due to wait time.

We will always do our very best to meet appointment needs and we recommend patients in treatment try to book ahead to give them more flexibility but we do appreciate sometimes it can be hard to get appointments at preferred times or short notice. We are a very popular practice and see so many adults and children but please be assured we do try hard to accommodate where we can and we will always squeeze in a problem or emergency.
