I had replacement retainers made and the whole process was incredibly easy and smooth from beginning to end!
In the confirmation email sent when I booked the appointment, the practice told me to call a number when I arrived which I did, and I was asked COVID safety questions and then asked to wait outside until the precise time of my appointment. I was then allowed in and after sanitising my hands I sat in the waiting area where there was only me and one other person, and the seats were spaced out. I felt very safe while there, and the procedure was quick and easy and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming!
I was able to pick up my new retainers on the same day which was a bonus! Thank you to everyone there!

Private brace treatments
We decided to pay for private brace treatment at this clinic even though my son was eligible for NHS treatment as we had been waiting nearly 2 years and had been referred to a different clinic by our NHS dentist which was less convenient. Since this decision we have no complaints the service has been prompt professional and convenient. We wish we had been referred here in the first place and have never found out why we weren't. Please ensure you clarify all this if referred for NHS treatment.
