Upon arrival

As per instruction due to Covid-19 restriction, we have sent a message through text to the number that they gave, saying that we have arrived - got no response so we rang - got no answer either, as we were nearly nearing the appointment time, we went to the clinic. Thankfully we didn’t have to wait outside for long.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry we did not respond to your text message or call telling us you had arrived but glad you did not have to wait outside for too long. Our receptionists are kept very busy responding to lots of telephone calls and messages and try to respond as quickly as possible. For future reference you can use the door buzzers at both practices where you can speak with our receptionist when you arrive. However we will make sure we change pre-appointment information to convey this change. Thanks for highlighting your experience to help us prevent this for other patients.

Invisalign appointment

I was having an appointment for my Invisalign review after 4 months of wearing them. My experience was very good as always from reception to my doctor everyone is lovely and truly professional. Every visit is a pleasure and I always feel like I am at home when coming to your practice. Excellent staff and service.

So pleased with my results

Could not have asked for a better process! Firstly I am so pleased with my results, all of my teeth were so wonky and now they are all perfectly straight! But also how I was treated throughout was amazing, every member of staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, I always felt at ease with each appointment and never had to wait long, very efficient, professional and I couldn't have asked for anything different, thank you Teethinline!!!
