Excellent staff all very polite and welcoming. Orthodontist explained clearly everything and made our son feel very relaxed and aware of what's happening.

Appointment

My daughter attended to get her braces removed ...... we are very pleased with the results but disappointed with the lack of communication regarding after care, and how the half price retainer offer was only valid for that day! Had we known this we would have definitely ordered a set. Maybe you could consider emailing this information to parents prior to the appointment so that they are aware, especially in these times where they are unable to accompany their child.
