Teeth in Line

I'm disappointed to have to go to Oldbrook for treatment now. I'm unsure about the content of my next appointment at the beginning of October as this isin addition to my appointment at the end of October. I'm concerned about the number of appointments being given in school time when my son has missed somuch and is in his final GSCE year. I'm missing the opportunity to clarify this face to face as am unable to attend appointments with my son.

Thank you for your feedback. Whilst we appreciate it is difficult for you to discuss your childs treatment with our clinicians face to face due to COVID19 restrictions at appointments, we are always available on email or over the telephone and very happy to clarify things for you.
We have recently had to change our treatment model to include more appointments at Milton Keynes due to surgery and appointment availability but the benefit of this is that a clinical specialist is always on hand to assess treatment progress or discuss concerns. If you do have any concerns about your childs treatment please do not hesitate to get in touch so we can help.

Recent appointment

Whilst we visited relatively soon after re opening from lockdown. It felt a little disorganised. Patients waiting out the front trying to ring a number to be let in and others not knowing if we should all call that number?
Our dentist was as usual fantastic and re assuring
We needed to make appointments for follow up treatments and ended up walking to and from reception
The calendar was still not open for appointments and I am still waiting for a call to book them

Thank you for your feedback. We are sure you appreciate that given the impact of Covid19 we have had to make significant changes to our normal procedures at the practice. At the time of your visit, which was as you say very soon after our significantly restricted re-opening, we were in the midst of implementing these changes in an effort to make the practice as safe as possible for our patients and our team. We apologise if it felt a bit disorganised - it has been very different and difficult circumstances for our team to work in and we have had to find so many other ways to do as much as we are can for all our patients.
Due to the restrictions imposed on us and which still remain in place, our diaries are currently only open a few weeks ahead at a time and appointments are based on urgency and treatment needs. However our reception team will review your treatment notes and be in touch as soon as possible with details of your next visit.

The best dentist

My son is in the middle of a 2 year treatment and I honestly can say you are easily the most helpful, polite, caring dental we have ever been to. I am disabled and have a massive fear of dentist and always been worried about passing my fear onto my children but we have always been treated so well by all your staff and the best thing my son actually enjoys coming to your surgery. As a family we cannot recommend Teeth in Line highly enough because you all are the best dentist we have been lucky enough to visit.
