Very unprofessional clinic.

Newport clinic are very incompetent orthodontist, very rude and unprofessional. Also the receptionists are a bunch of liars with bad attitude. I believe they are all narrow minded in closed village who haven’t seen a world outside Newport Pagnell clinic and can’t talk to people with ethnic background ….please if you are reading this we will be pleased to stay at Oldbrook clinic who are top of the range, very nice down to earth clinic personnel, very humble and professional.

Whilst we are very happy to receive reviews both positive and negative, we are extremely disappointed with your comments about our Newport Pagnell Teethinline practice and we actually find the words you have chosen to use in your review quite offensive. Furthermore given that our team work across both our practices, we are surprised you say you would be very happy to attend Teethinline Milton Keynes as you will be seen by exactly the same reception and clinical staff who you have sadly deemed to be rude and unprofessional amongst other things.
We have a no-tolerance policy regarding bullying or abusive attitudes and behaviours directed at any member of our team which we feel we need to make you aware of. I highly recommend teeth-in-line if you're thinking about getting braces. They're something I've always wanted, and I finally decided to start the process of getting my perfect smile at age 37/38. I'm still undergoing treatment now and should be finished soon after 2 years. The 2 practices are brilliant, nice, clean, with friendly staff. The orthodontists and assistants are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've always been able to get an emergency appointment if needed. Dr. Mark Tobin, the lead orthodontist, is fantastic at what he does. He's also very friendly and personable, which makes appointments with him enjoyable. I'm coming to the end of my braces journey, each and every person who works at teeth in line has made it a brilliant journey. The difference in my teeth is outstanding and can't wait to get the final result. The braces themselves look nice. Throughout my journey, I've chosen different colored bands each time i have had a routine appointment to change up my look, my favourite ones being turquoise. Having braces has really improved my confidence as I did not used to like smiling with my teeth showing, but now my favourite thing to wear is my smile. Thank you Mark and everyone at TIL. 😁💜

Brace fitting
