We do understand that appointments are not always possible at convenient times for everyone. Given that the majority of our patients are school-age it would be impossible for us to accommodate the huge demand for appointments outside of school time although we do try hard to help where we can. We do stress in our consent process that appointments are generally between 9am-3pm so that everyone has awareness before committing to treatment as we appreciate the disruption and inconvenience this may cause.
We would strongly recommend to book 2 appointments ahead where possible to try and get the most convenient times for you - just ask at reception, they'll be happy to help.
