My experience

The actual orthodontist has been fantastic. The issue I have is with the receptionist. She was very rude on the phone when I tried to rearrange an appointment that had been made 10 minutes prior and emailed to me. I called straight away to change it so we could attend during the schools holidays & I was met with a rather abrupt response.

Every time we come the service is excellent. Your staff are friendly and welcoming and make my daughter feel at ease. They have always explained each procedure and have always explained aftercare to her too.
