So lovely, patient and reassuring

I went to the Oldbrook branch and the staff there were so lovely, patient and reassuring with me. The talked me through my procedure and gave me loads of information, the way a young person would understand medical stuff. Wish I was an Oldbrook patient as it's closer to home and I can walk there and my mum can meet me there.

Thanks for your feedback - We are a very popular provider which makes our diaries very busy and we do appreciate it can be difficult to get specific appointment times . This is sadly compounded by people who fail to show up when an appointment has been booked which wastes valuable diary time. However we are delighted you finally got to see us an that you are happy with your treatment and the service we have provided so far.
