Friendly and Very Welcoming

It's a nice environment and my daughter always comes out smiling. I cannot base it as a customer personally but from what I have observed it's friendly and the staff are very welcoming with the patients.

As always, very friendly and professional staff, the ortho, dentist, assistants and receptionists, everyone! Very pleased with the final result and I really appreciate how upfront you are about costs and expectations. Both practices have the same level of quality and care and I will always be recommending you to everyone.

Dr Socker has been very supportive in making sure the best possible treatment takes place with my sons sporting activities in mind. We are grateful that she has considered the importance of this to him whilst finding an alternative solution to one that would mean no contact sports for up to nine months! Thank you!!!

Thanks for your feedback - we appreciate that you would prefer appointments outside of school time. We do offer this but demand is high and appointments are taken up very quickly. given that the majority of our patients are of school age. Unfortunately it is difficult to accommodate everyone.
