High professional level of care

The lady who fitted my teenage daughter's brace was very friendly and knowledgeable and put my daughters mind at ease by letting her know what was happening at every stage of the fitting. The nurse who was helping was also very helpful and explained thoroughly about keeping the braces and her teeth clean.Everything was on time, so no waiting around feeling anxious. And the procedure only took about 20 minutes. I was very impressed with the high professional level of care given.

Teeth in Line were great and the appointments where on time, the service over the two years of having the braces in where great and my sons teeth look great now. He now smiles with an open mouth when he wouldn't do that before. Very happy and confident son.

Always good service once we're here but becoming frustratingly difficult to book appointments even 2 months ahead of time . Despite having the gold service often only school time appointments are offered.

Thanks for your feedback - we appreciate that it has been difficult to book appointments recently which had mainly been due to the summer holiday season. Our diaries are generally open 16 weeks ahead to enable 2 appointments to be booked. We don't book further than this as this often leads to changes and re-scheduling appointments which can be more frustrating for our patients. Thank you for your feedback, we hope that you are now able to book ahead.
