The experience was great

The experience was great and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, had to wait over a year but worth it. The surgery has professional staff who know what they are doing and recommending various treatments. All in all a great place to go.

Teeth in Line

Not very happy that our appointment was cancelled, had some real job to get through to rearrange appt. Was then booked in to see the wrong person (which we didn't know until the day before once we had cut our easter holiday short). Appt then rearranged to the following week only due to a cancellation, timings didn't suit so had to get grand parents involved. So not the best of experiences this time.

Thank you for your feedback - we are so sorry that we had to cancel and re-arrange your appointment. As our diaries are booked so far in advance (normally 12 weeks) from time to time we do have to cancel due to sickness, training or other unforeseen situations that arise but we do fully understand and appreciate the inconvenience this can cause for our patients.
