I am sorry we had to rearrange a few appointments for you, this is sometimes necessary over the course of Orthodontics treatment. I notice that this was due to sickness and it is unfortunate this was not explained to you. We try to not disrupt treatment unnecessarily but occasionally when a Doctor is sick this is unavoidable. I hope you are enjoying your new smile.

Absolutely fantastic

Michal is absolutely fantastic. So dedicated and friendly, she always explains everything in a way the patient can understand. I am thankful that she is treating my daughter as I know she will enable my daughter to achieve the result she is searching for.

Professional staff, excellent treatment. My only criticism is that when my 13 year old had his first appointment, the nurse/trainee therapist took him from x-ray room to having moulds fitted without coming to get me. I would have liked to have been present and involved in his treatment.

Thank you for your feedback which we value and appreciate. We are sorry to hear you felt left out when we saw your son for his records appointment with one of our Dental Nurses. This was not our intention at all and we would reassure you that parents are usually invited down to the surgery once the radiographs and photographs have been taken. We are sorry this did not happen on this occasion and will remind our Nurses to check whether parent wants to accompany for the impression taking.
