We were 5 mins late for an appointment and were told we could no longer be seen that day. After pleading with receptionist we stayed in waiting room and were seen within 45 mins. Last appointment we arrive early and orthodontist was running 25 mins late. That’s life though!

Thanks for your feedback - we appreciate that sometimes things can prevent you from arriving on time for appointments (traffic, accidents, etc) and this is why we have a 10 minute rule so that there is some flexibility for patients arriving slightly late. However if you arrive 10 minutes or more after your appointment time, we would generally decline to see you as unfortunately we wont have adequate time to deliver your treatment without it then impacting on the next patient and the subsequent patients after that. We suspect that late arrivals and un-planned emergency appointments impacted on our ability to see you on time for your next visit, which we understand can be a frustration. We do try to be as flexible .as possible and appreciate your patients when we are running late and whilst it resulted in a 45 minute wait for you, I'm happy to hear we were at least able to see you on the same day without you having to re-book.

Consistently high level of customer service

For both my daughter and myself, our experience of Teeth in Line is faultless. The staff are friendly, professional and caring. This is my second child to have braces, my son has just had his removed after nearly 2 years. The service has maintained a consistently high level of customer service since he first started his treatment and my daughter starting hers. Well done Teeth in Line! I would and do recommend you to a lot of others.

Good with my children

Our appointment was at the old brook surgery, where the staff were very welcoming at the reception desk.
Also the person who was doing our first appointment was very helpful. Answered all my questions and was very good with my 2 children.
