I have been at Newton Dental for over 30 years and all of my children are also registered here. A recent experience with my disabled son has highlighted just how valuable the staff are at this surgery. Stacey on the front desk has gone above and beyond to try and help us and has explored different avenues when we were met with barriers in accessing care through other services. Laura the dentist has absolutely blown me away with her care and compassion and her determination to help us access the right service. Her patience with my son was unbelievable and she even called me later in the day to ask more questions to strengthen our referral, staying late after work to make sure things are in place for my child. Honestly cant thank them enough. Thank you!

Broken filling
Today I had an appointment with Laura my dentist at Newton Dental. She repaired a broken filling for me. The appointment went smoothly and pain free. I now have a fixed tooth. She is a brilliant dentist and very professional.

Work to be done
The dentists and receptionists are great; however, work needs to be done on patient experience prior to appointment. I’ve been a patient there for several years yet every time I need to fill in the same questionnaire with the same questions. There needs to be a way that this is saved against a profile and then re confirmation of the information is requested each time rather than having to provide the same information over and over again.

For reception staff members I will give 4* and for the dentist I see regularly a clean 5*. Easy going, approachable, understanding and patient friendly. I like the way my dentist Dr VJay for all that I mentioned.
I hope receptionist could be more helpful and helpful in their dealings with the patient.
As a whole I recommend the Newton Dental Clinic.

After avoiding the dentist for so many years I bit the bullet and went to Newton Dental .
I couldn't be more surprised . I,m not saying it was a pleasure as dentists generally aren't but they made sure I was fully at ease and when I needed a Tooth Extracted I didn't even feel it at all .

My 15 year old has recently had teeth removed in prep for braces. Her dentist Hira Hamid was extremely professional and more importantly patient with my very anxious daughter. She was very reassuring and kept Olivia as calm she possibly could. A lovely dental practice, especially for patients with a fear of attending! 🥰
