It's always a pleasant experience at Ewan Bramley's. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly. Lucy on reception is really friendly, efficient and helpful. I saw Beth, one of the hygienists, again & shes not only good at her job, but such a lovely person, always happy and caring. I genuinely look forward to attending Ewan Bramley's because the staff are second to none.

Saw Harriet today for some filler in my chin and there was some left over so had a small amount in my top lip. Harriet is great, really friendly and professional. She really put me at ease, and I really trusted her, I knew I wasn't going to come out looking daft or overdone.
I would highly recommend if you would like to "perk up" your face, to subtly hold back some of the signs of ageing whilst still looking very natural, only I would know!! There are a lot of charlatans around, Harriet is definitely not one of those, and is a fully trained and very experienced nurse.

The problem I experienced was I had an appointment on 9th March 2022, was contacted by yourselves to say they couldn't do that time, so arranged an appointment for 29th March. I think I got a call to ask if could call later on the day for the 29th… No thanks. In between that date had a couple of calls/texts from reception saying they had a cancellation time for 7 pm. No good, then another for a time at 5 pm, I am retired but prefer appointments for through the day, (keep late appointments for people that work) I was contacted on Saturday 27th March saying they couldn’t do the appointment at the time stated on Monday 29th and offered 31st March 5 pm. No thank you. In the end, I just asked for the next available appointment with whoever was available hence 19th April. So I eventually got my hygienist appointment sorted and was very happy with it, but felt I was contacted/messed about a bit more than usual to fill appointments that you had to fill through cancellations.

Amazing service
I have a huge fear of dentists, I had my first appointment with Beth the hygienist today. Having a bad experience years ago with the treatment I had today, put me off going to a dentist for years!
Beth was absolutely amazing, patient, reassuring and friendly. I never in a million years thought I would have treatment without anaesthetic but... I did! This was down to Beth making me feel confident and that I am in safe hands.
I have a long way to go but, I am actually looking forward to going back and finishing my treatment plan for a new smile!

Was examined by Jamie, who was a delightful young man who assessed the possibility of new dentures. He said that the problem I had was the lower denture which due to the lack of bone structure was the problem. He suggested that he could arrange an appointment for me with Jarlath McAteer who was experienced in difficult denture conditions. I agreed and would be getting appointments for a new bottom denture.
