I had an appointment with Jarlath McAteer who was great. I am very nervous at the dentists, but he sorted out my immediate issue and helped me relax and listened to what I said I required. He did not totally agree with my approach but took the time and trouble to tell me why.
We have arranged a future consultation so that everything can, hopefully, be resolved.

Jamie was professional as and as a nervous patient put me at ease. He advised of the options for treatment and is to e-Mail details of options and relevant costs for longer term treatment to enable me to make a decision.

A very thorough review of the teeth and gentle cleaning undertaken. Good communication and feedback.

As usual Ewan Bramley dentist practice got me in quickly for an emergency broken tooth. Ewan was his normal cheery, professional self and did a speedy and excellent job.

My first time at Ewan Bramley after they arranged an emergency appointment for me within a few hours of enquiry. Jamie, Ashley and Jessica were all fantastic and clearly explained the issues and treatments needed. Jamie put me at ease straight away and It was one of the most comfortable dental experiences I've had considering I usually get anxious during treatments. Highly recommend.

Today was the third and final appointment in respect of my bridge work.
The process was undertaken by Ewan who, as always, was quick to put me at ease and complete the process in a wholly professional manner.
The whole team are always considerate and caring and this was no exception.

We followed our dentist Jarlath McAtee when he changed to this office as he is such a great dentist. The staff made an appointment for March for me to see what could done for a chipped tooth. They later called back and updated the appointed to a week out. Jarlath gave me a couple of options to repair the tooth and smoothed out a rough edge. I had expected the £49.99 office fee as noted on their website but was charged £69.99 for an “emergency appointment”. When I noticed this on my receipt I sent an email and was told this was more than an office visit and because I was “uncomfortable” the appointment was changed and classified as an emergency and the dentist had smoothed my tooth. They refused to refund the ridiculous extra £20 charge even though I had not asked to change the March appointment nor asked for the tooth to be “smoothed”. My family had intended to follow Jarlath as he is such a professional and has always been so wonderful. However we now choose to find another office where the office is more upfront and honest in their billing practice. What a shame!

I used to have a fear of the hygienist/dentist but I now look forward to my appointments. Professional, respectful, skilful and gentle. Thank you.

I have been really pleased with the support I receive from this dental practice. The staff are always nice to deal with and I love that it doesn’t have that ‘dentist’ smell. I have found Jamie to be really understanding and kind. He is very thorough and professional and reassuring.
