She is always professional and polite and gives advice accordingly. When I left my teeth and mouth felt amazing. She listens to my comments and I try to take on board any changes to my dental routine which is helpful.

Couldn't be happier
I'm one of those sad sorts who's "scared of the dentist"! Have been for years. Have a completely unreasonable fear of going! However, Beth and Ewan have dealt with me these past 2 years making each visit as easy as possible! Frankly, they deserve a medal dealing with me, thank you again for not making me panic! Attended today with my husband Andy to see Ewan ...we were given a thorough examination of our dental health which I'm relieved to say was all in order. I find all the staff so welcoming from the receptionists, to the hygienists (passed mine on the way upstairs to the surgery and she recognised me and we exchanged a few words) to the main man himself. Although we live in Cramlington we still attend Ewan, his dad was my dentist when I was a child.

Visit to the Hygienist
My second visit with Elaine for my regular hygiene appointment and I can honestly say it was a pleasant experience. The procedure was carefully explained in a friendly and professional manner and my dental health has improved significantly over the last year. Well done.
