Once again my visit to Ewan Bramley was totally satisfying as this was the next step to my perfect smile, Ewan prepared my teeth for veneers ( which was totally pain free ) on my bottom teeth which are being fitted in December. You can’t believe how thankful I am and all of the staff are brilliant. Considering I used to be terrified of dentists I now look forward to every visit.

I started my journey with Ewan this summer. I was really bothered by my teeth so did my research and had my first consultation. I was really happy with the plan and started treatment at the end of July. Initially I was really happy with the plan and Ewan is great at replying to emails, and very approachable. However, I feel like my last few appointments have not been so good. I feel like it’s really hard to get an appointment when required and there is a lot of me chasing to sort this out instead of appointments just being made as part of the plan. As Ewan has been off for over a month- which can’t be helped, I was eventually able to see George. I had been wearing the same aligners for over a month and there was no comms about follow up appointments, again, me chasing this. I was able to see George last week and have new aligners made, but I’m guessing i will have to make a follow up appointment as this has not just been done automatically. George was able to move me on in my plan but I feel a bit disappointed with it all and had initially advised friends to come to this dentist, but I feel this may not be the case now. I’m hoping I feel better about this soon as I was so excited with the treatment initially.

My son has additional needs. The dentist gave him loads of time and patience, and looked at his teeth in a manner that my son was more comfortable.

My appointment was with the dental hygienist, Elaine, and was a very good experience. The modern equipment is top-notch and Elaine is very good, very careful and very caring. I was given excellent advice about the care of my teeth and gums. I would not hesitate to recommend her to other people.
