Great service
I had a replacement filling done.
The procedure was done within a week of the initial appointment.
The dentist was really detailed in the information he gave before during and after the procedure. I felt totally at ease. Every effort was made to make sure I was feeling ok during the procedure. Can’t rate them highly enough. Great service.

This place is outstanding. From Lisa the hygienist to Chris, the dentist, they are a first class practice - the plans are absolute value for money. Impressed every time I go with how much effort they put into a visit. Covid safe in every way.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else
I have been going to Ewan Bramley for around 6 months now and they’ve made me feel completely at ease with their professional service and advice. Their online system is really easy to use for everything and cuts a lot of the admin out of the experience.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs.

As I'm so dependent on lip reading due to being profoundly deaf I found the whole visit very frustrating. At the opticians and doctors I'm allowed to have my husband with me to translate. Elaine was very good and helpful at the end of my treatment by using her screen to type in questions and so communicate with me. One of my concerns was that having received a text canceling my March 2020 appointment no one bothered to inform me when I could return. I also received a 34 item questionnaire on my phone which when my husband phoned up to clarify a question was told I didnt have to fill it in!

Hygiene: Yasmin
This was my first appointment since 2019! Due to the covid lockdowns. I was very seriously ill with Covid, in critical care and on a ventilator and nearly didn’t make it. I will never fully recover because of the long term damage but I am obviously much better. I have found it very difficult to go back into society and have been putting this appointment off. I was very apprehensive about the visit. I have also had two previous visits with Ewan and I discovered that my experiences in critical care has made me fearful of objects being put in my mouth! Yasmin was very understanding and very supportive and tried hard to keep it low key and relaxed. She was very professional and patient with me and went at a pace I was comfortable with. I’m not sure how long it will take for me to become relaxed again but Yasmin helped me on that journey. Thank you Jasmin.
