Professional, friendly, approachable
Professional, friendly, approachable, very sanitary, even down to reception staff made you feel very welcome. and no pressure, even heard the dentist telling a patient to take up a plan as it'll be cheaper for her, good advice and actually shows their care about the patient. Its not all about the money and business, the hygienist was very polite made me feel relaxed, respected and listened which you dont find a lot in some private dentists, offered advice on my dental care, very knowledgeable love the latest kit and very relaxing chair haha, thank you.

My first visit to the Hygienist.
Today I started my treatment plan in earnest. Elaine, my dental hygienist, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She took me through every step in a very relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling that I have never had such a thorough cleaning, nor had I been given such thorough advice on how to maintain gum health. Thanks Elaine, see you in six months.

I was fitted in for an appointment at very short notice
Two of my temporary veneers needed to be refitted and I was given an appointment the following morning after ringing up at the end of the day before. Hristo explained what he would do and did a super job of refitting them.

Always takes the time to explain
For most of my life I have been terrified of going to the dentist after a terrible experience as a child and then a further horrific experience when having my wisdom teeth removed. I have now had 3/4 appointments with the practice and I won't say I am cured of my fear but I can attend and have treatment done without too much stress and upset. The dentist always takes the time to explain what is going to happen and gives me the time and more importantly the control during my treatment. Thank you Hristo for your time, patience and expertise.

So cheerful and calming staff, they are all excellent, the dentists and treatments are second to none. I would recommend any service Ewan Bramley provides, he is top class as well as his staff. Dave Veige is fantastic on the implant side, anyone who needs or would like implants please don’t hesitate, worth every penny, you can taste better, chew better and look better virtually pain free.
