Hygienist appointment
I saw Farrah today for my 6 monthly hygienist appointment. As always she is extremely professional and very friendly. She is thorough and explains everything as she goes along. I actually look forward to being seen by her which I can’t say is how I used to feel about a hygienist appt. In fact all the staff are friendly and always helpful.
I was also impressed with the changes made to the hygienist area which have been modernised and are now a lot more private. All in all today’s visit to the surgery was a positive one.

Had treatment from both Beth and George today.
Beth was her usual professional self, the best customer communications skills I’ve encountered in all the years at the practice. It’s those personal skills that make a huge difference! Excellent, talented dental hygienist and is a credit to the dental practice.
Met George today for the first time. Was very impressed and it was a pleasurable experience. And, from someone who has had terrible experiences with school dentists that is much appreciated. He took me through my treatment and was very reassuring.
Overall, first class treatment from two very customer focused professionals
Thank you to both. Highly recommend this dental practice to all ages.

An emergency appointment
I’ve been a patient at Union Quay Dental for about four years and have always felt well cared for. Most recently I needed an emergency appointment and was seen within a couple of hours of calling, which was such a relief.
From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, dentist and assistant were all so welcoming and kind. They really put me at ease. I am so grateful for the care and consistency over the years. Thank you.
