Recent appointment

Should have been told I may have to wait outside in the cold. I get why - but if you'd text I would have brought the car. Also I nearly didn't come to the appointment as a text you sent in the morning said my next appointment (which was that day) would have to be re-arranged due to
My being over 60. Communication should be clearer.

The staff put me at ease straight away. George and Jess are friendly and informative. The whole practice is covid secure and I felt very safe and reassured.

I have used Ewan Bramley for many years. I have just had full implants done and it has changed my life, my teeth are perfect, you cant get a better dentist than Ewan, he is so professional and his staff are lovely, cant say anymore than that. Thank you so so much for what they have done.

Duty of care for his patients

Chris is both professional and also makes you feel at ease. He explained the process throughout the appointment. His duty of care for his patients is at the forefront of his practice.
