I have had a great experience at this dental practice. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The dentist (Katherine) explained everything clearly and was very gentle and professional. The practice is clean and well-organised, and my appointments always start on time. The hygienist (Farah) was very thorough and professional. She gave me some very useful advice on oral hygiene. I really appreciated how Farah took the time to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care.

I first went to what used to be Ewan Bramley over 9 years ago for invisalign treatment and have stuck around ever since, Simply due to the element of care. To say im a nervous patient is an understatement, Over the last couple of years I've switched around to a new dentist due to changes within the company which I was really anxious about but its honestly better than it ever was before! Jarlath always makes me feel at ease, he explains in detail whats going on and what is needed and always ensures im ok. My hygienist Heather is also brilliant, very informative and supportive of the progress I've made between recent visits and we always have a little laugh. Its nice to finally feel at ease when visiting the dentist. Its still not my favourite place to go and they arent close by, I travel from Sunderland but it's well worth it! I can't see me ever leaving Union Quay. Thank you guys 🙂
