Attended an appointment with both Heather the hygienist and Danny the dentist what can I say.
Heather is the kindest patient person I have ever seen. She spends time listening to my fears and putting me at ease.
I know my fear is from a very traumatic experience long ago but Heather never makes light of my genuine fear. Cherish this member of staff because your surgery needs her and staff like her to succeed in the right way.
Danny the dentist was also the most pleasant man I have seen in a long time his approach to my problematic concerns were taken seriously and resolved in a very friendly but safe way keep up the good work gang.
Happy to give a pat on the back when it’s due not just complain and the surgery is looking so good - much improved and looks more hygienic.

After attending the practice for several years now never have I experienced this level of dental care. As someone with gum issues Jarlath has transformed my teeth beyond what I ever thought possible (straightening/ replacing crowns/fillings) whilst always making decisions in your best interest, in such a caring and knowledgeable manner making you feel at ease. Also, the hygienist appointments included in your plan make it such value for money. Never have I had my teeth cleaned to such a high standard, including gum treatment which has improved things significantly. I genuinely recommend Union Quay.

The bridge was successfully replaced
I waited over an hour in the waitng room. I was alerted there was a 10 minute delay. As I had had a dental emerency that morning I was pleased to already have an appointment with Jamie. I need him to replace my bridge and then start the prep for my future extractions.

By now I was tired. I felt it was better to postpone any more work today. Further to discussion we re arranged the appointments to everyone's satisfaction. Thank you Jamie for meeting your customer needs

Very pleased with my visit this morning at the Union Quay dentist to see Yasmin, the hygienist, who was lovely, friendly and informative and explained any concerns I have regarding my teeth so that I can continue keeping both my teeth and gums healthy.
Yasmin was thorough and has done an excellent job, very pleased with the results and feedback Yasmin gave me, said I was doing a good job to keep my teeth and gums healthy

I went for my first appointment at Union Quay today as a new patient. I saw Jarlath to discuss treatment for improved health, to help sensitivity and eventually overall appearance of my mouth and teeth with being an ex smoker and ex vaper. The place is absolutely stunning for one, the staff are exceptional and all very friendly, especially Jake on reception who greets you very well. I was also given a tour by the amazing and very professional manager with being new to Union Quay.
Overall I'm really happy with the outcome of my appointment and the plan to get my mouth 100% healthy again and looking how I have always wanted it.
