Braces -
Having braces fitted for the first time is a stressful thing, even if it is something you want to do. Chris my dentist, and the girls helping him out have been fab throughout my treatment & on going treatment.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting/ looking for a dentist

Excellent overall service from a happy client. Friendly, punctual service in modern, pristine building. Reception person very friendly. Dentist Ewan was excellent. He did a thorough examination and answered all of my questions regarding further treatment in detail. Year round service great too including from my hygienist Lisa. Outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Your recent appointment
Unfortunately a wasted journey. I saw Russell, who told me I needed to see Ewan. When I made the appointment the receptionist led me to believe Russell would be able to help me. The journey for me is 1.5 hrs each way. Therefore this was pretty annoying. I think perhaps receptionists need to consult with a dentist to check in cases like this. I understand the receptionist was trying to do her best though. Another appointment wasn’t available until next Thursday, except for one other appointment which wasn’t possible for me.
