Greeted warmly by Charlotte, who is always so welcoming — such a lovely start to the visit. I was seen by Priscilla and Maya for my fillings, and they were both fantastic. Priscilla took the time to explain everything she was doing, while Maya checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable and put at ease. Priscilla’s attention to detail and perfectionism gave me total confidence in the treatment and care I received.
The surgery itself looks wonderful after its recent makeover — it’s clear that Jarlath and Jamie have invested so much care into creating a calming, modern space. When visiting the dentist doesn’t feel like visiting the dentist, you know they’re doing something right!

Great patient experience at Union Quay Dental. Easy, friendly check-in and wasnt kept waiting long before it was my turn.
I had a hygienist appointment with Elaine as part of my treatment plan.
Elaine was, and has always been very friendly and makes you feel at ease by talking through each stage of the appointments/activities and has always been clear and concise when talking about dental hygiene and giving advice too. Happy with the informative chats and the tips she gives.
Elaine has been keeping my teeth nice and shiny and does a great job.

I'm a recent patient of Union Quay and the customer experience has been amazing.
I had my first hygiene apointment with Elaine yesterday. She was so friendly, attentive and knowlegable. There was a lot of care taken by her, she took the time to be thorough and understand my diet and lifestyle and how it could be impacting my teeth. She was so helpful with all the information she provided me and any questions I had.
I was actually sad when Elaine told me that I would only require a hygienist appointment once a year, as I enjoyed the appointment that much!
