I’ve never liked the dentist but union quay is not like any other dentist I’ve ever been too, it’s calm with the most patient members of staff, Maya is always extremely bubbly and makes me feel so confident.

The decision to remove the tooth was taken after an appointment as part of a programme of work to be completed. On the day information was given before procedure, area was frozen and removed in less than a minute and no problem after. An e-mail was sent outlining how to care for area which was very detailed, which I followed and it worked well.

Best Dental practice by far!
Me and my whole family have been members of this practice for 12 years. It started with my wife's parents who joined 14 years ago and me and my wife 12 years and my oldest daughter 7 years ago and my youngest 5 years ago.
We have been very happy with the amazing staff. Friendly and professional and very skilled.
Now the practice has changed ownership and it has shown an even more proactive approach to the patient.
There were a few hiccups with communication around some treatment i was due to have, around the transition, but it was sorted out quickly and professionally.
The dental practice is going through a revamp and it is always nice to see that, that as new business owners are giving something back to the patient. I believe this practice is such a valuable part of this community and we are lucky to have them on our doorstep.
Looking forward to seeing you all on my next appointment.
