After several consultations at Union Quay Dental Practice I found all personnel very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They were quick to reply to any concerns by email and happy to accommodate any appointment dates or issues that I may have had. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star rating was down to a technical issue and not their professionalism.

Big thanks to Jamie and the team at Union Key for their great work replacing a broken tooth with a dental implant. The process involved several stages over the course of 2-3 months and they were very flexible throughout working around other things in the diary. Really pleased with the result , would highly recommend for anyone else considering an implant or just looking for a good dental practice in the North Shields/Newcastle area with a responsive service.

I have now had three no. Hygienist appointments with Farah.
She is extremely knowledgeable, extremely thorough and is also great with advice/tips, regarding aftercare. She really knows her stuff.
She will also let you know if you are slacking with your routine at home, and trust me, she will know🧐!
This will definitely keep you on the ball.
I am very happy with her work and the detailed information that she has provided me. I would have no hesitation in recommending her and Union Quay Dental.
