Emergency appointment

Excellent service as per usual. Needed an emergency appointment. Couldn't accept the same-day timeslot due to work commitments so was given a next day slot. Expert advice led to me being fitted with a new denture the following day with another appointment arranged for a few weeks time, giving me the option of keeping the new denture or having dental implants. Staff are always cheery, polite and helpful but also very knowledgeable.

Same-day appointment

2 day toothache. Phoned in this morning, and had an afternoon same-day appointment. Was x-rayed and examined, problem solved, and luckily out in under 20 minutes, satisfied. Happy, warm, smiling staff on a cold winter's day. Lovely!!

I’ve been a client since Ewan opened the practice, which sadly has deteriorated since his departure. The building is simply grubby now and the level of service has diminished considerably. However Elaine continues to provide the highest standards of care and is their main asset.

Dear Anonymous, I will pass your kind comments on to Ewan. I appreciate the practice could do with a bit of a make over. The last major refurbishment was 14 years ago, apart from the 4 new surgeries and updated x-ray room. I know that the new owners intend to do some amazing things with the practice including updating the décor, so there are some exciting times ahead.
