As usual my appointment with Beth was a "happy" experience ; although I wasn't looking forward to it as I had sensitive teeth. She put me at my ease and consequently, I hardly felt a thing. She gets ten out of ten !!!!

Quickly put me at ease
I had to have a root canal. I wasn’t nervous but perhaps a bit wary. I need not have been. Jorlath quickly put me at ease and explained what the procedure was. I am pleased to say that the root canal was a success and there was no pain whatsoever. I would also like to say that Jess (Jorlaths assistant) was lovely too.

Heather was so so lovely! I was nervous coming in today and she put me at such ease. She was gentle, accommodating, kept checking in with me to ask if I was okay and offered small breaks throughout the procedure. Don’t feel half as nervous as I did before the appointment. Heather told me what I could expect following the appointment but also tips for my oral health going forward. Thank you Heather.
