I don’t mind being kept waiting for 10mins, but waiting for over 1/2 an hour is not good enough. This was always going to be a 10 minute appointment so maybe the dentist needs to be more mindful.

I came to this dentists after a few bad experiences at others. I was talked through everything and a plan put in place to ease me into it all. Every visit has been excellent and I fully recommend this dentists to anyone.

Put me at ease

The hygienist was very professional and welcoming and put me at ease. I was extremely pleased with the appointment. The hygienist explained each process very clearly and I left much better informed regarding dental care.

Emergency appointment

Rang up in pain for an emergency appointment and got one the same day!
Dentist was great and had a nice approach. Problem with tooth got sorted there and then and now I’m pain free!

Very thorough

Jarlath was great, very patient and clear in his explanations, I felt that he really took his time and was very thorough.
After many years of dithering, he convinced me that Invisalign is the best way forward for me.
However, the length of wait for an appointment is a huge disappointment and it may be that I look elsewhere to go ahead.

I phoned this morning with an infected tooth. I was given an early afternoon appointment today. I was seen, X-Rayed and antibiotics given. I couldn't wish for a better service. Tomorrow I have an appointment with another dentist to discuss future implants. I feel I am being very well looked after.

My gum health has much improved

I had my routine dental hygienist appointment with Beth today. As usual, she was kind, helpful and professional. After following her tips and advice, my gum health has much improved. I feel comfortable and relaxed in Beth’s capable hands…she has a lovely ‘bedside manner’.
Previously, under the care of an NHS dentist, although most of the staff were very nice, my care felt very rushed and less thorough (I know that they are under huge time and financial constraints).
At Ewan Bramley Dental Care, receptionists, dental nurses, Beth the hygienist and George the dentist take time to make me feel a welcome and valued customer. For me, this is worth the monthly dental plan fee.
