Great from start to finish
Had my hygiene appointment with Elaine. The whole process was great from start to finish. Elaine always takes the time to make you feel comfortable and is especially lovely when you have any worries or insecurities about dental visits. She puts you at ease and works with you to ensure that your experience is a positive one. She's kind, caring and personable just like every other team member that I have met or interacted with. It's a 40+ minute drive to the dentist for me and I've often thought of moving to one closer to home but the team here are just too lovely to leave!

I have a plan with Ewan Bramley where I get an annual check with a dentist and a hygienist plus emergency appointment. Recently I had a tooth infection and all I can say is I received first class treatment. I can highly recommend this dental practice. All the staff, from the receptionist who was very sympathetic and extremely helpful, to the hygeinist Pricilla, and the dentist herself were fantastic.

Hygienist appointment with Priscilla was thorough and excellent as always, giving clear advice on how to improve gum care and hard to reach areas of teeth. Met with Katie afterwards for dental checkup which included ex-ray and thorough examination. Everything was clearly explained and any potential treatment I may wish to have. Richard was able to arrange future appointments and send electronic copies of proposed treatment and recent billing. Always a lovely welcoming practice where nothing is to much to ask for.

Not many people can afford this service.
To repair top left hand top tooth is £670 with a plan in place. Too expensive to go forward.

Friendly and helpful
My husband and l attended the dental clinic together, one appointment following the other, staff were friendly and helpful. The dentist was polite and the assistant was friendly. There was a problem with payment of over two hundred fifty pounds as the system wasn't set up for such an amount and l had to pay cash, l have not encountered this issue elsewhere. The high cost of a consultation is not warranted given we only had a check with x-rays done, l would have thought a tooth clean would have been included.

Hi M, Apologies you were unable to make payment by card, in the UK any transaction over £100 requires a PIN number to be entered into the card machine, I know you were using an Australian card which may have added to the issue. All consultations at the practice are free, both your husband and yourself had New Patient Exams including x-rays, I know from speaking to you that in Australia this type of an appointment might be referred to as a consultation. Thank you for your kind comments over the phone about the staff, they are a great team to work with.

Emergency appointment for cracked tooth
Katie was excellent and explained everything to me in detail. This included what damage there was to my tooth and my options. Despite the painful nature of the removal of my tooth, I feel I couldn’t have been treated with more kindness and compassion than was shown by Katie and her assistant.
