Brilliant

Katie and Jess were brilliant. I had a pretty long appointment, they both kept checking on me to make sure I was ok. Had lovely conversation and told me what was going on throughout. I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. Thank you so much.

From the minute you walk in you are put at ease by Charlotte on reception who is always so friendly, considerate and could not be more helpful. I’ve been receiving treatment from Jamie Drury for over 2 years now and his attention to detail and professionalism make it an absolute pleasure - would never want to visit another dentist or visit another practice. Excellent customer service and fantastic treatments, tailored to your needs and budget.

Helped me when I needed it

I was really pleased with the care I got from the practice over the last 24 hours. I lost a crown and was really hoping to get an emergency appointment quickly to replace it. Becky was great, she looked for a cancellation that evening but kept in touch to let me know the earliest I could come in, and found an appointment the next morning. The problem was quickly resolved by dentist George, and some good options were considered for renewing the crown, but without pressure. Thank you all, you helped me when I needed it, and I appreciated the positive and professional service.

Very positive experience

Had a very positive experience this morning when I had to have a tooth removed. The dentist was sensitive to my need for reassurance, didn’t rush but took time to explain and guide me through the process. I didn’t even feel the extraction! The area was x-rayed afterwards to check that it was a clean extraction. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Very positive

This was my first experience of the practice. Overall, it was very positive. I felt I was in good hands and appreciated the time taken to explain what the dentist was doing and why. My only negative comment is that, for the first appointment of the day (8 am), I would expect the appointment to start on time. It was at least 10 minutes past when the dentist came to meet me. You expect later appointments might run over time but not the first of the day.

First-class experience

I had a hygienist appointment this morning with Yasmin. She was exceptionally professional and the advice she provided throughout was the best I have received from any hygienist.
