Reassuring attitude
I phoned yesterday for an emergency appointment and was fitted in for a cancellation today. The receptionist I spoke to was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to sort me out. I was seen immediately by Jarlath, who took a quick X-ray and explained I needed an extraction which was best done there and then. His calm, reassuring attitude and skillful intervention aided by Emma, meant for a quick and relatively painless experience. Useful written guidance was also provided.

Jamie was my dentist and has been faultless and amazing from the first check up I had. I originally wanted composite bonding, and last minute changed my mind for veneers for my wedding. Jamie was very booked up but managed to get me all sorted before my wedding and I LOVE my teeth.
I expressed my phobia of needles and Jamie was so mindful of this and allowed me to do the whole procedure without any local anaesthetic, which is not usually the norm.
I have had my check up today and my teeth and gums are super healthy and I just need an annual check up! Very reasonably priced for the treatment and service you receive. If you want amazing teeth, I would highly recommend getting booked in with Jamie!

I have just had nearly 2 hours of root canal treatment, and weirdly, it was quite a pleasant experience - once I settled and got over my initial nerves!
I even fell asleep on a few occasions, so must have been good.
I have been using Ewan Bramley's surgery for many years now, having moved from the 'NHS' who provided a terrible service. What I get from EB is brilliant, they took the fear out of the dentist and give me loads of great treatment and advice. Just wish we had this 30 years ago!
Update 16/04/25 - Also to add praise to Beth, my hygienist, who does an amazing job looking after my pearly whites.
