I was very anxious about today's appointment because I have not have major work done since the onset of chronic tinnitus some ten years ago; the unavoidable noise of drilling makes crown work a major challenge for me. I had a conversation with my dentist and was given time to explain the situation and my concerns were listened to with care and concern and at all stages of the procedure my preferences were followed sympathetically and meticulously. I am most grateful for the patience and compassion that was shown to me and came away confident that I had received excellent professional care..
