Can't recommend this place enough. The best dentist I have ever been to.
I haven't been to the dentist in 5 years due to pretty bad dental anxiety, and in the last few months I have been to Ewan Bramley 5 times for different procedures, because of how comfortable they have made going to the dentist. I no longer dread it!
Particular shout-outs go to Bethany the hygienist who is brilliant and also Jarlath the dentist who has rid me of my fears almost completely.
All members of the team, from reception to chair are friendly and courteous. Keep up the great work guys. Dan.

Emergency appointment
Ewan knows how terrified I am of just being at the dentist, getting worse as I get older!! However, on Thursday I had to make an emergency appointment as I had broken my tooth. I sat in the chair, he made me feel an ease straight away and before I knew it Ewan had repaired my tooth (honestly) I couldn’t believe it. Thank you so much for everything you do !!

Had an appointment with Yasmin the hygienist. I have chronic gum disease, Yasmin always gives good advice and encouragement on how to properly care for my teeth and gums. I always think she really cares that people should look after their teeth.

I was super impressed
I had my first hygienist appointment with Pippa yesterday and I was super impressed. I really liked the fact that the treatment spaces feel calm and I feel that this is due to the clever way that the space is lit. Pippa was fantastic! I can’t thank her enough for the care that she took with my treatment. Highly professional, thoughtful and she explained what she was doing throughout. The advice that she gave me regarding brushing and general teeth hygiene was really useful. Thank you so much.

As usual, a very positive visit at Ewan Bramley. The hygienist was aware of my dental needs from detailed information on the computer, and this was referred to throughout the appointment. The dentist, Jarvis had left instructions for further xrays to assess progress from last treatment, and then attended rhe hygienist appointment to update me on results. I feel the dental surgery as a team has an excellent understanding of my dental needs and promotes both confidence and assurance that my needs are constantly being addressed. An excellent service.

I had a check up with my Hygienist yesterday. Due to medical conditions I had some specific requirements, which Heather was easily able to deal with. She was very gentle, friendly and superbly efficient. A Dental visit is a necessity, rather than a treat, but Heather's approach made me as relaxed as it is possible. The scale and polish were quickly done and the end result was very pleasing. I will always ask for Heather in future appointments. As is normal for Union Quay Dental staff, she was a credit to the Company , as were the Receptionists. By the time I got home, an email was waiting confirming my next Check Up and Hygienist appointments. What a great service from an excellent firm.

Really good experience
Really good experience this morning. All members of staff were friendly and welcoming upon arriving and the hygienist Beth continued that throughout my appointment.
Really professional service and I’m really pleased with the results. Also great to get advice and demonstrations on how best to look after my teeth/ gums at home, very helpful.
