This was our first visit to Union Quay Dental and it was an excellent experience. The dentist took time and care assessing the situation and allowed plenty of time to explain what might need doing.
It’s also a lovely, spacious building which helps you feel relaxed and comfortable.

Just lovely people
As always, the staff are very good at their jobs, but also just lovely people. It's something that I expect, but unfortunately, not all companies seem capable or even interested in reaching the same high standards of professionalism provided by Union Quay.

Hygienist appointment
My Dental treatment was an appointment with Sarah for a Hygienist session. We hadn't met before but enjoyed a short introductory "Chat". She asked me if there any concerns about my teeth since the last visit then hearing that I had sensitive teeth did a manual scale and polish. She advised me about further treatment using a small space long handled brush. It was a very positive experience. I also had my annual examination with Kathryn which was thorough and satisfying to know that my personal dental hygiene regime is helping to keep my teeth in good condition for my age.

Having broken my upper palate, I received an early appointment for assessment for a replacement
This, however, needed several appointments spread over a month & 0ver £1000 in expenditure
Whilst I am sure that this is a reasonable fee, it reinforces how few of the population can afford private dental care.
The practice has provided me with excellent care with prompt, friendly service from the ancillary staff up to and including my lovely dentist
For those with the financial ability,y I would thoroughly recommend this practice

I have been a patient here for a few years now and everyone has been so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I saw Sarah one of the hygienists for the first time yesterday and she did an excellent job. Very gentle but thorough and gave good advice on looking after my teeth.

I am delighted with their service
Very professional dentistry service with knowledgeable staff who make you feel at ease at every visit. As someone who has always been afraid pf the dentist, my experience here has been 2nd to none. Absolutely first class
Had my appointment with Heather, the hygienist. Absolutely first class, she is so nice patient and caring. Always feel comfortable and so pleased with the care and cleaning. Also saw my dentist, Jalath. He is so nice and knowing that I was a nervous patient always helps put me at ease. The equipment is first class and the surroundings beautiful in a magnificent building steeped in history. The refurbishment is so uplifting, so clean. Staff will help you here to look after your oral health and make you welcome

I visited the clinic yesterday with a sore gum. The staff were very welcoming, and the dentist was highly professional. My problem was quickly identified and treated with very little discomfort.
I was impressed not only by the excellent service but also by the clinic itself. The treatment room was clean, bright, and equipped with modern technology, including on-site X-ray facilities.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit and would happily recommend this clinic.
