Ewan Bramley Dental Care
Really disappointed in this visit yet again. My last 2 appointments have been with the same dentist and both were very very poor experiences, the 3rd time I had to leave because the appointment was so late. I have recommended so many people to Ewan Bramley since having my braces because my experience with Rup for every appointment was brilliant. Certainly not been the same anymore. No care/not friendly. Rushed in and out on both occasions - probably because of how late they were running but that shouldn’t be detrimental to my appointment. Quoted £200 to fix a tiny part of my composite. I travel from Gateshead for each appointment and have always been happy to do so but the past few appointments have changed that.

This was my first visit to Ewan Bramley and from the second that I walked in I felt welcome. This was an appointment to join the practice and everything was explained clearly. I was given excellent advice regarding my dental care and my chipped tooth was repaired beautifully. I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough. I am so impressed. Needless to say, I have joined the practice and I am looking forward to my first hygienist appointment.

Hygienist
Y is first and foremost very good at her job and my mouth/teeth always feel better after the visit. She is also good at providing appropriate advice always accompanied with encouraging comments. With my PTSD I need more than that, however, and she is always understanding and empathetic. She always puts me at my ease and I feel as relaxed as possible. Y is nice and easy to talk to and makes sure the visit is a positive experience.

I was very nervous when arrived as it was a long appointment. The tricky procedure was done and I felt fine. Very professional and put you at ease. Dental nurse lovely as well. The place is so clean and you get a professional service and they look after you.

All I can say is that Beth is the best. I was scared witless but she put me at ease and talked me through everything step by step. For the actual treatment she let me go at my own pace, although after the initial fear everything was absolutely fine and I can't thank her enough.
