Dentist Jamie was very professional and friendly and explained the procedures thoroughly. The receptionist was very pleasant and efficient and the waiting area and consulting room immaculate.

Having had root canal surgery for the first time I was very nervous, but I felt at ease as soon as I got there, my appointment was on time and I was told all about the procedure which made me feel very comfortable. I had no discomfort and the dentist and staff were very friendly and helpful attending to my needs.

Ewan was so good sorting a chip on my lower teeth and Beth the hygienist brilliant once again, would highly recommend.

Excellent as usual. Richard on the reception is friendly and approachable. Ewan is the best dentist I have ever been registered with and makes you feel at ease.

I recently attended a New Patient Exam with Jamie, I wanted my smile to be more symmetrical and a fix to my chipped and uneven teeth. Jamie listened to every concern I had and made suggestions on what he think is best, he gave me numerous options and routes to go down and couldn’t have been anymore helpful. I have always been extremely nervous to go to the dentist but now I’m looking forward to my next appointments!
I also had an Hygienist appointment with Yasmin, I again advised I was quite nervous but she was absolutely lovely, very informative and patient. I am again looking forward to my next hygiene appointment in a years time - something I never thought I would say.

Excellent service, friendly and given honest and realistic re options for extensive treatment required.

I found my treatment fine, appointments are short but seem thorough. My only gripe is with the communication and customer service. When I was initially booking i was contacted on an almost daily basis to secure payment - months ahead of treatment - now I’m a paid up patient I find the communication poor and the admin staff curt.
A few examples:
My dentist was off and my appointment was cancelled by text. I had to call repeatedly to get a new appointment before I ran out of aligners and was mostly met by curt responses telling me they’d be in touch, I’d wait, hear nothing and the cycle would start again.

When I need my next set of retainers, on every occasion I’ve had to call and ask if/when they’ll be ready to collect. Most recently, the dentist had told me it would take 20 mins and I didn’t receive them until the next day, having to leave work early to collect them. Again, when I called, the receptionist dealt with me curtly as if my expectation was too high despite my expectations being set by my dentist.

Ewan is great, I can’t fault him and I chose this practice because of good reports but the reception and customer service staff could benefit from some additional training in customer service. It’s not a free service, I don’t appreciate being made to feel like I’m being a pain when I call about the product I’ve paid for or the appointment I’m due to have.

Lost my front tooth in an accident when training yesterday, Ewan had it back in for me as if it had never been missing, within 15 minutes, best dentist around, I can’t thank him enough.

Ewan was very understanding and patient with my nervousness. Thank you!
