Hygienist appointment
I had an excellent hygienist appointment with Heather. This was my first appointment with Heather. She was early for our meeting, examined my mouth and started work, explaining what she was doing. She is a charming lady and very thorough working on areas that needed improvement and "giving me homework". An excellent experience, leaving my mouth feeling much better.

In the recent past I have left honest feedback about some negative experiences and after this recent visit they have been actioned. The 2 ladies on reception are exactly what you would expect, professional, polite and a positive first experience when you arrive. Zero waiting time as was seen bang on time which I find personally very pleasing.
The reception area is now how it should have been long ago however, If I could suggest 1 change ! Would you consider reintroducing radio back into reception ? Not commercial stations as they are tacky but like radio 2 or similar. It can be very quiet in there and the music may help settle nerves of some patients. On a positive note much much improved on my previous 3 visits and if this visit had been the same as those we would have definitely cancelled and moved dentist. Shout out to the 2 girls on reception, so so different to previous visit. Satisfied customer.

Excellent service: I phoned up at 10am with a broken tooth problem. By 3pm I had been with a dentist for 30 minutes and he had fixed my tooth. Only charged £100 which is very good value.

How modern dentistry has transformed the experience of having to sit..... or as it is nowadays - Lie down on the dentist's chair... It's the speed of the anaesthetic that I'm very impressed by. Being able to view instantly the images of the completed work certainly helps in having complete faith and confidence in your dentist and the spacious surroundings help ease any potential worries...... it's now not a big deal to going to have work done !! Great communication between dentist / staff and patient !!
